Steve Fedorchak
Project Manager

Steve Fedorchak brings to Urban Waterproofing over 25 years of construction experience, first as an architectural designer preparing construction documents and performing construction administration duties, and most recently as a waterproofing consultant with Wiss Janney Elstner and Associates, focusing primarily on investigations, repair design, and the restoration of buildings and structures.

Steve specializes in the project management of complex waterproofing projects and is often tasked with developing or modifying waterproofing installation details in the field. Steve’s hands-on knowledge of waterproofing and construction, along with his ability to take the complex and make it understandable for the client and the whole team, makes him a standout project manager for Urban Waterproofing.

When not keeping waterproofing projects on schedule and on budget, Steve can be found fine-tuning his short game on the local golf courses or cheering on (sometimes coaching!) his daughters at regional softball and volleyball tournaments.
