Local boy Kenneth Bettencourt brings his amazing organizational skills and focus, honed over twenty years in the US Army, to his role as Project Coordinator at Urban Waterproofing. Ken is probably the only guy in the company who knows the parking meter rental rates for Oakland, San Francisco, and San Jose by heart. If you’ve ever received a subcontract from Urban Waterproofing, you’ve probably worked with Ken.

Married with four children, Ken’s hobbies include drawing, fishing, and competing in Tae Kwon Do tournaments. Amazing fact about Ken: We learned that during a little league baseball game, Ken used his first aid training to successfully perform CPR on another dad who was experiencing a heart attack. HooRaah!
