Martin Flores knows what it takes to succeed at Urban Painting. He started as an apprentice painter in 1995, quickly moved up to journeyman, and then to job foreman.
Martin routinely garnered rave reviews from clients and fellow crew members. Over time, he developed a detailed understanding of our company’s mission and vision, making him the perfect candidate to lead our human resources department. Martin keeps our personnel up-to-date on changes in workplace rules and regulations and helps onboard new additions to our company.
Martin spends time with his wife and daughter on weekends and sometimes steals away to either a)his workshop where he restores swap meet-sourced vintage knives, or b) the golf links to work on his short game.
