Neil Chapman
Project Manager
Neil brings more than 20 years of experience in plumbing and HVAC to Urban Waterproofing. Prior to joining the Urban Waterproofing team, he was California sales manager, operations manager, and general manager for a national HVAC company for ten years, where his duties included revenue, profitability, marketing, operations, scheduling, QA, safety, and customer satisfaction. As a UW project manager, he is adept at managing multiple projects and multiple crews, right down to the smallest detail, to make sure we have a satisfied customer.
We can safely say that Neil is the only person in our company who owns and knows how to properly wield a scimitar. In his prior life, Neil was a professional chef and did his own butchering. When not feeding his family of five, Neil and his wife can be found in the bleachers or on the sidelines of a soccer, football, swimming, or baseball tournament, cheering his kids on.
