Marshall has been with Urban Waterproofing for over 18 years, since he started as an apprentice in the waterproofing trade. He has steadily worked his way up through the ranks, applying the training and discipline he learned in the Marin Corps to his roles as a Journeyman, Foreman, and now Project Manager. If there is an unusual condition on a project, Marshall is the first person we will call; he has probably seen it before.
On the weekends, Marshall likes to hang with friends and family, swap stories around the grill, and occasionally pile everyone into the camper for a weekend getaway.
