This
picturesque stucco building in downtown Berkeley had
many leaks- most at the window / stucco interface. Urban
applied notched silicone tape over the joint, and applied
two coats of GE Silshield to the entire exterior. Metalwork
was coated with Tnemec epoxy primer and two coats of
high rust inhibitive coating.

The
stucco terminated at the window frame, and gaps there
were contributing to the water intrusion issues. Urban
bridged the gap with notched silicone tape, and painted
the front face to match the stucco.
