Urban Waterproofing replaced
all sealant joints at the window perimeters and metal
to glass joints on both 555 and 575 Market Street.
Built ten years earlier, 555 required abatement of
existing sealant prior to installation of new sealant.
Both buildings required repairs to damaged terra cotta
panels, as well as repointing of grout joints at ground
floor granite panels.

In
addition to the sealant repairs, the terra cotta panels
had numerous spalls which were repaired. Special craft
was required to match the finish of the surrounding
panel.
